Together,
we are ETE.
ETE nourishes the roots of Nepal’s Christian leaders. Having received God’s Word with joy, many of these first- and second-generation Christians lack the resources and knowledge to withstand the winds, waves, and thorns of the world. We encourage, train, and equip them to bear fruit and yield a hundredfold!
Encourage.
Pastors need pastors and personal fellowship just like any other believer. We spend quantity and quality time with local pastors to encourage their personal walk with the Lord, in life and doctrine, while growing together as colleagues and friends. We do this by sharing the intimacies of our lives together, which forges true relationships as we share meals together, talk frequently, and remember each other in prayer.
Train.
Most of our local pastors have been out of a classroom for many years. We provide workshops to further assist pastors in specific areas such as: practical ministry skills, discipleship, pastoral counseling, spiritual disciplines, and expositional preaching.
Equip.
Many educational materials in local languages are out of date and/or not Biblically sound. We work alongside translators and publishers to ensure local pastors have access to the most Biblically-sound, exceptional, and critical Christian literature available. We then provide them with trainers and fellow pastors who are able to explain the materials as they are written in their primary language.
